Leadership can be difficult to define and can represent different things to people. At efficacy we believe this is at the heart of true leadership. It looks and feels different depending on whether you are a first level leader with limited experience or an established CEO. In addition the culture of the organisation has an impact on what effective leadership looks like.
 
Fundamentally, leadership is about behaviour in the first instance and then skill. High performing leaders are generally followed because of the behaviours they display as opposed to the skills they possess.
 
For this reason our leadership development approach is based on behavioural change and growth. We have a very holistic approach to leadership and combine elements from various theories alongside current expert thinking and research into high performing leaders.

We don't believe in attaching labels to leaders and their teams. We will work in partnership with you to determine the leadership behaviours that are important for your organisation. The key for any high performing leader is the ability to determine their own style through self analysis and more importantly, learning through discovery how to be flexible with their style and work in partnership with their people for sustained improved performance.
